What we do

Two paths, one philosophy: meet each learner where they are.

We partner with families navigating IEPs, placements, and daily realities — and with schools building stronger, more inclusive programs from the inside out.

For families

Consultation

Expert guidance for students, parents, and schools — virtually or in person across the Bay Area. We address academic and behavioral interventions, IEP reviews and goal-setting, and family–school collaboration.

Advocacy

We partner with schools, families, and policymakers to refine teaching strategies, curriculum design, and student support — helping families navigate the special education system so every child's needs are recognized.

Placement

We help families identify the right academic setting — the right school, specialized program, or services — through site visits and thorough assessments grounded in each student's learning style and goals.

Direct Support

Hands-on partnership with families and educators to implement practical strategies for students with developmental delays, mental health needs, ADHD, or Autism — from intervention plans to one-on-one coaching.

For schools

Professional Development

Small- and large-scale trainings designed to deepen educator and administrator practice in inclusive classrooms, behavior management, and curriculum adaptation — customized to your school.

Teacher Support

Personalized coaching on classroom management, differentiated instruction, and curriculum design, plus ongoing professional growth — practical strategies that build real confidence.

Credential Support

Dedicated mentoring for Education Specialist Credential candidates, helping them develop the expertise and competencies needed to thrive in special education roles.

Home & Hospital Services

Continuity of learning for students who can't attend school in person — coordinated, compassionate instruction that keeps each learner connected and progressing.

A young learner — calm, focused, supported.

Our belief

"Families and individuals with special educational needs can be resilient and thrive — with the right support and advocacy."

More about Unique Pathways

In their words

From the families we serve.

Every name is real. Every story is a child whose path got a little clearer.

"Sadie's genuine love and respect for the most high-needs students, combined with her comprehensive knowledge of education policy, made her an invaluable resource to our family. We could not have navigated the transition from public school to NPS and back again without her."
Parent, San Francisco Bay Area
"Sadie gets the job done. We had spent months trying to get our school district to finalize our child's IEP with no luck. Within a couple of days of contacting her we had our meeting set, and her guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable. She is tenacious and extremely knowledgeable."
Parent, San Francisco Bay Area
"Sadie came on board when our last educational consultant left after two years. Within days, it became apparent we hadn't been getting the full potential of having a consultant — we needed someone to truly advocate for our child. Sadie has given us new hope."
Parent, San Francisco Bay Area
"She changed my life as a student and as a person. I needed a lot of help when I was young — I didn't learn or understand the basic things — but she helped me very much."
Former Student, San Francisco Bay Area
"Our child is in a really good spot with everything right now and we are feeling grateful and blessed. You were a big part of that."
